Description
Brewed using the renowned "King of Sake Rice," Yamada Nishiki, which is widely used for crafting fragrant and elegant Ginjo-style sake. This is one of the reasons why it is highly favored by brewers, as sake made with Yamada Nishiki often has a high success rate in competitions.
"Nakadori" refers to the finest portion extracted during the final pressing stage of the brewing process. Only the purest middle section of the sake is collected, ensuring the highest quality. Since the yield of Nakadori varies each year depending on the aging conditions, the final quantity is determined by the brewmaster’s judgment. The sake is only released when the brewery deems it has reached optimal maturity, making it extremely rare.
